1. Information we may collect
Depending on product configuration, Vibe Pro may process account information, profile information, app activity, device information, support communications and other information required to provide the service.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to operate the service, maintain account security, provide social and multiplayer features, respond to support requests, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing and service providers
Vibe Pro may use service providers for hosting, analytics, authentication, communications or payments.
4. Account Deletion and Data Retention
Users may request the deletion of their Vibe Pro account at any time through the in-app route (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing our official support desk at supportvibepro.pro@gmail.com.
Upon submitting an account deletion request, the account enters a 72-hour (3-day) grace period and is not permanently deleted immediately. During this 72-hour window, users can log back into the same account and select Restore Account to cancel the pending deletion. If the 72-hour period expires without restoration, the account becomes eligible for permanent deletion according to backend processes.
When permanent deletion is finalized, personal data including account information, personal settings, avatar references, device identifiers, and account-specific state is permanently deleted or removed. Some limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or integrity of shared transaction/history records. Where appropriate, personal identifiers may be removed or anonymized.

5. Children and age requirements
Vibe Pro is committed to protecting the privacy of minors and complies with applicable age eligibility and child safety regulations.
